We’ve heard so many stories about the unethical, sleazy dealings of POTUS 45, whom I call dt because his name or face gives me dt’s, uncontrollable shivers/ near-seizures. Ex-wife Ivana claimed “cruel and inhumane treatment” at the time of their 1990 divorce, and dozens of women have reported sexual assault or harassment by him. We heard the testimony of E. Jean Carroll, the only one of them to successfully sue for many millions for the harm he caused her.
We’ve been told of his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, convicted sexual predator of pre-adult females, but he may be the only one on that infamous list who was indicted with him. The United States District Court, Southern District of New York Case #1-16-CV-04642 charged dt and Epstein with Rape, Sexual Misconduct, Criminal Sexual Acts, Sexual Abuse, Forcible Sexual Touching, Assault, Battery, Intentional and Reckless Infliction of Emotional Distress, Duress, False Imprisonment, and Defamation.
The case was originally filed in California by a 35 year old female named Katie Johnson, but charges were dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction. Plaintiff Jane Doe then refiled in New York, the place of the alleged offenses. Eyewitness testimony was also provided to the District Attorney by someone named Tiffany Doe, who attested to the truth of facts by Jane Doe. Tiffany reportedly recruited Jane at the Port Authority of New York in 1994 to attend a party given by Jeffrey Epstein, and the two women detailed four incidents of sexual abuse by dt that led to the disturbing charges previously listed.
On the fourth encounter, dt reportedly tied 13 year old Jane to a bed, struck her several times, and raped her. Apparently Epstein was so enraged that he struck her in the head with his closed fists, yelling that he wanted to be the one to take her virginity. Ms. Doe stated that dt then threatened her and her family with bodily harm if she reported the incident, adding that he said she may disappear “like Maria did,” referring to a girl Jane had met but never saw again.
Jane Doe (AKA: Katie Johnson) waited 22 years to file this 9 page complaint, but the fact that dt had declared himself as a candidate for President of the United States apparently was the impetus that made her come forward, as people needed to know who this man was. (Did anyone really care who he was? His charismatic persona overpowered his multitude of sins.) When SDNY prosecutors sought out Jane Doe for Jury Trial in the summer of 2016, she was nowhere to be found. The case was closed 11-4-16. Where is Katie Johnson?
